JAX Tyres Pumps Up Film Festival

JAX Tyres will sponsor the “Best Documentary Short” prize category at the upcoming Noosa International Film Festival from 3 to 6 November.

Tyres and movies may seem strange bed fellows, however JAX Tyres outlets have had a very strong presence in Queensland since 2005 and see a real opportunity to tie their highly respected brand to an exciting program such as the Noosa International Film Festival.

“Being on board with the Film Festival will be an excellent promotional vehicle for our three Sunshine Coast retail operations in Caloundra, Maroochydore and Noosaville,” says Glyn Parry, JAX Tyres marketing manager.

“With 200 short film submissions from 31 countries, sponsoring the Best Director category is an exciting initiative for us.”

The JAX Tyres Noosaville franchise is owned and operated by Mark and Angela Bailey. This husband and wife team has had 20 years’ experience in the service business, particularly the automotive industry.

Along with their seven employees, the Baileys have developed a strong reputation in the Shire for offering great advice, excellent service and competitive pricing.

The Noosa International Film Festival is a Shire-wide initiative of the CCIQ Noosa Chamber of Commerce and Industry and is designed to bring an exciting cultural experience to Noosa residents and drive business via attracting unique visitors to the area. The Festival is set to kick off across the Noosa Shire from 3 to 6 November.
