Ticketing Terms and Conditions

Noosa International Film Festival 2017 ticketing terms and conditions are as follows. By purchasing a ticket, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.


A booking fee is included in the ticket price unless otherwise stated. Online payments incur a credit card surcharge of 1.7%. Credit card statement will show as FERVE Noosa International Film Festival.


Available to full-time students, valid concession card holders and Noosa Film Society members. Concession cards must be presented at entry with your ticket. Refunds Please check your session, times, venues are correct prior to payment as there are no refunds or exchanges on any item sold unless exceptional circumstances, only prior to the event.


Exchanges can only be made for Festival Passes. You can manage this online: Login to your account, click on 'My Passes' in your account, and click "View/ Exchange Sessions" to exchange into a new NIFF session available on your pass.

Refunds and Exchanges

Exchanges are permitted on festival passes only, managed in your online account. No refunds or exchanges on single session tickets or passes unless exceptional circumstances and only prior to the event. 

Festival Pass Redemption

Each pass you buy will generate a unique 7-digit serial number (found on the receipt). Select your chosen session and enter this code in the pricing section to “Book on Pass”. Then Checkout.


Print your tickets at home or save to your mobile phone and bring with you to the event for entry. All persons require a valid ticket for entry.

BOKEH Club Members

If you are a NIFF Member, please wear your NIFF lanyard for priority queuing and entry. Lanyards will be posted to members who purchase a membership before 15 October.

Program Times

NIFF program times and details are subject to change without notice.


Please arrive with enough time to check-in and be seated five minutes prior to the session start time. Latecomers enter at staff discretion. No refunds will be provided if refused entry.


In the event of a cancelled event or screening, Festival Pass holders will receive a discount code to select another screening - no refunds are provided. Single tickets will be replaced by tickets of equal value.


Films are restricted to persons 15 years of age and over. Films may contain adult themes, sexual references, coarse language and violence.

The use of cameras and other recording devices during NIFF events constitutes a breach of copyright and is strictly prohibited. Any person caught in the act of filming a festival session will be immediately expelled, and the pirated material will be seized. Such persons may be subject to legal action.
